Rupa Singh Speaks on Panel “The Art & Science of Oral Advocacy”
The Orange County Bar Association invited Rupa Singh to speak on effective oral advocacy, reprising her role on a similar panel with Justices and appellate attorneys within the Fourth District in 2021.

Rupa Singh Invited to Founding Board of the San Diego Federal Bar Association’s Foundation
Rupa Singh was invited to serve on the founding board of the Foundation of the Federal Bar Association of San Diego and thereafter appointed Chair of the Board’s Special Projects Committee.
David Niddrie is a regular food service volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul Village in downtown San Diego and at the Lincoln County Senior Center in Waldport, Oregon. He provides pro bono representation to indigent clients referred by the San Diego County Bar Association and Legal Aid Society. For many years, David was a member of the Robb Field Recreation Council along with being an Officer and Board Member of the Point Loma Little League and Peninsula Youth Soccer League. David has also been an active member and volunteer with the Torrey Pines High School Foundation and Francis Parker Parents’ Association.
John Addams is a past president of the San Diego Downtown Breakfast Rotary Club, where he also served as foundation and youth services chair. For many years, John read to underserved elementary school students as a volunteer with Rolling Readers USA. John currently volunteers with the Civil Appellate Self-Help Workshop, where he helps self-represented individuals better understand the appellate process. John also keeps busy supporting activities at his children’s high school in Encinitas, California.
Victoria Fuller serves as a Board member for the Blacks Beach Foundation, a group of surfers dedicated to improving the environment at one of the world’s most famous beaches. Victoria has also volunteered for Casa Cornelia Law Center, representing individuals seeking political asylum in appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
A believer in empowering girls and women, Rupa Singh is an active Girl Scout volunteer, and co-leads a Junior and a Cadette Troop. In partnership with Legal Aid, Rupa led the team that helped launch the Civil Appellate Self-Help Workshop, which helps self-represented litigants understand the appellate process. Rupa has helped domestic violence and human trafficking victims through the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, and regularly handles pro bono appeals, including through the Casa Cornelia Law Center and as a volunteer with the Ninth Circuit Pro Bono Program. Rupa helped to found the South Asian Bar Association of North America Foundation, which serves the South Asian American Legal Community, and serves on the Board of several non-profits, including Lawyers Club’s Fund for Justice and the Del Mar Schools Education Foundation.
Judith Bambace served as president of the Rotary Club of San Diego Downtown Breakfast (2015-2016) and continues to serve on its Board and several committees. For two consecutive years, she was recognized as Rotarian of the Year. . Judith is an outreach volunteer for Lucky Duck Foundation (www.luckyduckfoundation.org), an organization that funds and activates programs to alleviate the suffering of homeless individuals in our communities; supports Power of Love Foundation (www.poweroflove.org), a non-profit organization that funds and runs projects in Zambia and India geared toward fighting HIV and AIDS; and mentors young women in various stages of their careers.
